Properties, a Florida developer.
■ In the past few years,
prices have reportedly dipped
somewhat at Arkansas resorts such as Hot Springs Village
and at retirement- oriented Bella Vista. Even so, many
buyers report that prices in Arkansas are still a bargain
compared with pricey markets like Miami and Las Vegas.
One Bella Vista real estate agent was quoted in the
Arkansas Democrat-Gazette as saying, “There’s a slowdown
now, but it’s like a roller coaster.”
